Test two | Mortgage Rate table Filters
The test
This test used an Axure prototype the give the users the freedom to move through a new filter structure. The team implemented an unmoderated A/B test where three users saw version A first and three users saw version B first.
The result
After these two test, and a few others, it was concluded that natural language was not a UI patter that Bankrate would use as an interaction style for rate table filters, but could be implemented in specific situations in other parts of the site.
