I’m Kelsey, turning ideas into effective, innovative experiences.
I earned my degree in studio art and professional writing from Michigan State University, a foundation that shaped both my visual craft and my ability to communicate with clarity. I started out as a graphic designer working on print and digital campaigns, and over time I found myself drawn to the bigger picture. I became increasingly fascinated with how individual components connect to form cohesive experiences.
Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the end‑to‑end product lifecycle; from research and information architecture to prototyping, usability testing, and iterative refinement. I approach problems by starting with a broad view to understand the ecosystem, identify patterns, constraints, and opportunities that influence how people move through an experience.
I’m driven by a mix of creativity and logic. I love tackling complex problems and turning them into clear, intuitive solutions that work not just for users, but for the larger ecosystem they live in.
